Parenting Seminar Page

Georgia Law authorizes each judicial circuit to require that litigants who are participating in child custody litigation attend a parenting seminar that has been approved by the judges of that particular circuit. Our rules require that any party who is participating in litigation where child custody will be decided must attend a parenting seminar.

Note: online parenting seminars are generally not accepted.

Below, you will find a list of parenting seminars that have been approved by the judges of the Columbia Judicial Circuit. All of the listed programs have been approved by the judges of this Circuit. If you desire to attend a seminar other than the one listed below, you will need to seek the approval of the judge assigned to your case.
