There is also a Lodging Tax Remittance form to be completed each month. If you are subject to short term rental tax, please make sure your contact information is included. This form along with payment is due by the 20th day of each month (ex: March 2022 lodging tax, will be due by April 20th, 2022). This form should be completed each month even with a zero payment. If the form and payment is received after the 20th there could be a penalty fee assessed. Mail your form and payment to the address listed on the form.
