Are you interested in learning how traffic flows in Columbia County? The Columbia County Traffic Engineering Department will be hosting Traffic 101 sessions every Tuesday at 3:00 pm and every Thursday at 10:00 am. Each session last approximately 45-60 minutes. During these sessions, you can tour the Traffic Control Center, meet the staff, and learn about the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) installed throughout the county. Both groups and individuals are welcome, but open slots are limited, so reserve yours by contacting Jessica Davis.
The Traffic Operations department is located in Building A on the Government Complex (630 Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, Georgia 30809).
