An upcoming maintenance window for Transact has been scheduled for November 3, 2017 from 12:01 a.m. ET to 4:00 a.m. ET in order to perform regular database maintenance. During the window, there will be a 60 to 120 minute interruption to payment processing services on all channels (Web, IVR, Client Connect) and end-users will receive an “our service is temporarily unavailable” error message when trying to connect.

Additional functionality has been added to the Internet Vehicle Registration Renewal program. RIN Retrieval will allow customers, who do not have immediate access to their Renewal Identification Number(RIN), to be able to query on the website for this information. Once retrieved, the RIN will automatically populate into the renewal program to continue with the renewal process.
Having the RIN also allows you to see the current amount due (through the online renewal program) even if you do not have a Renewal notice. You can retrieve a Renewal Identification Number (RIN) only after the pre-bills for the renewal period have been created. The pre-bills are usually created approximately 30-45 days prior to your expiration date.
